The retreat weekends are transformational, giving you the space and time to dive deep within to unveil the state of yoga. We will journey into the space of Self-discovery via an intuitively intelligent blend of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices/explorations), sound exploration, restorative bolster time, mantra, relaxation and contemplation/meditation. Time will be allocated throughout the weekend for questions and sharing.
The practices are shared via a non-dual understanding and draw from Hatha, Classical and Tantrik yoga, somatic practices are interwoven throughout. You will be held in a safe space for you to delve deep within to discover your natural state of being, re-emerging from the depths of your inner most self, feeling lighter, seeing the world in a new way and with increased resilience to flow with the meandering rivers of life.
The possibility of deep shifts and transformation arise during these weekends. I am Trauma aware and have completed 7 Trauma awareness study days plus online Trauma informed courses.

Fforest barn fuses a 17th century oak beamed stone barn with an eco-friendly Dutch barn giving the feel of ancient Wales with all mod cons, total privacy and stunning views and walks in every direction.
Nestled in a sacred hotspot between four mountains and close to the evocative ruins of Llanthony Priory – the haunting remnants of one of the greatest buildings of medieval Wales – Fforest Barn is an idyllic location for a spirited nature connection experience. The retreat offers peace and tranquillity in a stunning wilderness landscape and has incredible views from inside and out with amazing walking opportunities in each direction.
With total privacy, breath-taking views – a forest below and it’s own wild hill Bryn Awr, out the backdoor – it is the ideal place to rejuvenate, explore and enjoy the Black Mountains.
This marriage of a tastefully converted 17th century oak beamed, dry stone wall barn with underfloor heating and a super-insulated Dutch barn, giving the feel of ancient Wales with stunning views in every direction, with all the mod cons, including a hot tub, roll top bath, steam shower, fully equipped kitchen, central open coned fire (Old barn), wood burning stove (Dutch barn) and state of the art AV system for film and music lovers.
The old barn has two double bedrooms one of which can be made up as a twin. The Dutch barn has one double bedroom with a panoramic view and a bunk bed room which can sleep up to five. The main entrance connects the two barns also a with loo and steam shower, giving privacy in each barn but easy access between them. Between the two is a totally private courtyard, creating a big indoor/outdoor space that can be covered with an awning and heated with a space heater. There’s also a panoramic patio leading from the kitchen, with a Barbecue and a HotTub looking over the rolling hills and catching the sunset down the valley.
