“Living, Teaching, and Transforming Through the Heart of Yoga”

Accredited by Yoga Alliance International | RYS 500 | Advanced Diploma

Ty’n Cellar Farm, Water St, Margam, South Wales
September 2025 – April 2027

Ma’s 500-hour Teacher Training is a 19-month professional development journey that offers a deeply integrative experience — merging applied theory with direct practice. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of yoga and aligned with contemporary standards, this program cultivates authenticity, clarity, and competence in future teachers.

You will explore Yoga as a living path of self-inquiry and transformation, through a framework that honours Hatha and Tantric traditions and also goes beyond, embodied anatomy, and the rich wisdom from many texts of yoga philosophy. This is a call to deepen your own relationship with the state of Yoga, so that your teaching arises from direct, embodied understanding.
